Check-in process was inefficient, room cleanliness mishaps occurred with unmade beds and full trash cans, Ice machine on 2nd floor was non-functional or empty, dim area due to defective light by side entrance, dirt build-up in elevator corners.

Comfortable room with great breakfast selection

I had a good experience during my stay, especially enjoyed the breakfast that featured the trademark cinnamon rolls and fresh eggs. The room setup was also convenient, with a microwave and fridge which made it easy to settle in. However, my room wasn't cleaned during one of the days, leaving me without clean towels, which was disappointing.

Also, check-in took longer than expected due to staff not being fully attentive. Overall, the experience had its pros and cons, but I would consider returning for the great breakfast and comfort of the room.

The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and a great way to unwind. and the staff was very friendly with a clean room waiting for us by the window at the end of the hallway.

The breakfast quality was quite limited and could definitely start earlier than 6:30 am.
